JAMMU: Police on Saturday filed a chargesheet towards 10 overground staff (OGWs) and three lively terrorists in Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir.
A police spokesperson stated, “The chargesheet was filed earlier than a TADA/PoTA courtroom in Jammu towards 13 accused, together with three lively militants in Jahangir Saroori of Saroor, Mudassar Hussain of Dachhan and Riaz Ahmed of Marwah).”
The OGWs have been charged with harbouring, transportation and offering different logistic and monetary assist to the terrorists. The police spokesperson added, “The accused have been managing conferences of the trio for finishing up terrorist actions within the space.” Police added that the accused have been additionally offering info relating to safety forces to the terrorists for finishing up assaults.
“On their disclosure, police had recovered one rifle, 25 rounds of 5.56mm ammunition, 5 posters of a militant outfit and pictures of temples,” the spokesperson added.
