Kerala man builds absolutely practical miniature Jeep Willys

NEW DELHI: Arunkumar, a person from Kerala, constructed a totally practical miniature model of Jeep Willys for a 10-year outdated boy.
The 75-kg miniature toy was in-built mere 7 months. The toy takes inspiration from Jeep Willys which was featured within the Malayalam film Lucifer.
Arunkumar, who hails from Kollam district in Kerala, put collectively the operational toy all by himself by dedicating his complete spare time to this venture. He developed the chassis of the practical toy himself by welding GA rectangular pipes.
He used an analogue console unit from a Royal Enfield motorbike for use within the operational toy. The toy can also be geared up with metallic plates from an actual jeep to reinforce its suspension mechanism. The operational toy runs on a 24V DC motor which is mated to the rear axle.
The miniature Jeep Willys is fitted with a steering system that Arunkumar designed himself. He additionally used a material roof to the toy to make it seem rather more real looking. The miniature jeep has ahead, impartial and reverse gears.
To make the jeep seem extra real looking, it’s geared up with a toolbox, headlamps, indicators, wipers, horn, a USB charging port and a first-aid field.
